What are the Okta Verify Requirements?

Details

Okta Verify is a mobile or desktop app that provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your JMU account. Generally, the app will run on:

  • iOS or iPadOS versions released within the last two years
  • Android versions released within the last three years
  • macOS versions release in the last three years
  • Windows versions supported by Microsoft (excluding ARM processors)
