Unable to sign into BeInvolved

Details

If you are trying to sign in JMU's BeInvolved App, but are getting the error message "the operation either timed out or was not allowed" you will need to set up the Okta Verify App. BeInvolved currently does not allow sign in with a Security Key or Biometric. 

 

To set up the Okta Verify App use the steps here 

 

If you are unable to set up the Okta Verify App please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
