When is My Enrollment Date/Time?

Details

To find your enrollment date and time:

  1. Open a web browser to mylogin.jmu.edu
  2. Log in with your eID and password
  3. Click on Student, then Student Center to view your appointment time

If you just finished the OneBook and logged into MyMadison, you may not yet have a posted enrollment time.  Enrollment time updates occur hourly, so check back after an hour. If your appointment has not appeared after an hour, please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@jmu.edu.

If you have an issue signing up or registering for a class, attempt first to remove the class from your Shopping Cart and re-add it, as prerequisites or other requirements may not have been recognized. If you continue to have issues adding a course, it is best to reach out to your Advisor and/or the Registrar as there may be additional requirements that are not reflected.

Symptoms

  • I have no enrollment appointment in MyMadison.
  • The OneBook says I should have an appointment.
  • I can see open enrollment but not my enrollment time.
  • When can I choose classes?
