What devices cannot connect to the JMU-Official-Wireless?

Details

The following devices will be unable to connect to the JMU-Official-Wireless due to their inability to connect to WPA2/3 Enterprise Networks. It is worth noting that while this list is not complete, it is the most common requests from the community. 

If you have a specific need or requirement for a certain device, please submit a ticket through the IT Service Portal for additional assistance.

  1. Amazon smart devices (i.e., Echo, Dot, Firestick).
  2. All Roku devices.
  3. Sony Playstation devices
  4. Microsoft Xbox devices
  5. Google Home
