The Focused Inbox is not available in our email system; if you turn on the Focused Inbox feature, it will not deliver mail to the Other Mailbox.
To remove the "Other" mailbox:
- Open your JMU Email
- Click on Settings (the gear icon) in the upper-right
- Scroll down to Focused Inbox and move the toggle switch to Off
- Depending on your layout, you may get sent to the settings screen. If so, the Focused Inbox option is under Mail, then Layout
- To filter low-priority or specific types of messages, create rules to move them to other folders in your email account.

- When I try to change an email from the focused mailbox to the other mailbox, a message pops up that an administrator has sent that email to my focused box. So everything is going to my focused mailbox, even things that I don't want to unsubscribe from but also don't want to have them in my higher priority focused box.
