- Log into MyMadison.
- Click the Student tab.
- Choose Student Center.
- Select the Hold category or Details link.
- Based on the Hold category, contact one of the following offices to learn how to resolve your hold:
- Parking Ticket - Parking and Transit Services, University Business Office (UBO), or visit https://flexecm.jmu.edu/ebusiness/cmn/auth.aspx based on age of ticket.
- Financial charge - UBO or MyMadison Money Manager (M3)
- Fine or other fees - UBO
- Missed assessment/testing - See details of hold and contact respective department.
- Missing or outdated Immunization Forms - JMU Health Center
Symptoms
There is a hold listed in MyMadison (i.e. parking ticket, financial charge, missed assessment/testing, etc...) and now I cannot register for classes.
