I Cannot log into IT Service Portal

Details

If you are not able to log in to the IT Service Portal at http://its.jmu.edu, the reasons are due to the fact that you are requred to have JMU eID, password, and two-factor authentication with Duo. If you have not yet received that information, or you are in the process of becoming an active member of the University, you will not yet be able to log into the IT Service Portal. 

If you need to submit a IT Service Request, you are welcome to reach out to the Help Desk directly, where they can assist with your request at helpdesk@jmu.edu or by calling (540)568-3555.
