Libraries and Educational Technologies supports JMU's LinkedIn Learning application.  To ask a question or report an issue;

 

  1. If you are already logged in to the IT Service Portal, then click Request Help or (Service Catalog from the top navigation)
  2. Click Teaching and Learning
  3. Click Research Databases
  4. Click either Ask a question or Report an Issue

If outside of business hours (M-F 8am-5pm), try the Libraries Ask page at https://www.lib.jmu.edu/ask where there are a number of options including chat (if available), email, and self help.  Phone numbers are also listed on this page.
