- If you are already logged in to the IT Service Portal, then click Request Help or (Service Catalog from the top navigation)
 - Click Teaching and Learning
 - Click Research Databases
 - Click either Ask a question or Report an Issue
 
If outside of business hours (M-F 8am-5pm), try the Libraries Ask page at https://www.lib.jmu.edu/ask where there are a number of options including chat (if available), email, and self help. Phone numbers are also listed on this page.
