How to Change Keyboard Language on Windows

Details

  1. Go to the Start menu and choose Settings
  2. Go to Time & Language>Language & Region 
  3. Under Preferred Languages choose Add a language
  4. Select the language that you would like to use and hit Next
  5. Install the language
  6. Windows will need to download and install the language of your choosing
  7. Use Windows key + Space bar to switch between the English keyboard and any other languages' keyboards
    1. You can also click ENG in the task bar to switch between the keyboards
