Details

For current JMU students, your JMU MyLogin password is the same password for your email. Please go to https://dukes.jmu.edu and use your current eID password to login to your email account, using your eID@dukes.jmu.edu.  If your current eID password does not work to login, you can use the following below.

Note: If you are logging into your email through a web browser, it's possible that you will need to clear your browser's cache and history.  Please use the instructions on this website to clear your browser's cache.

  1. Proceed to mylogin.jmu.edu and sign in with the required eID and Password
    • If you do not remember your password or your current eID password doesn't work with your email account, you can use the Forgot your password link to set a new password for your account.
      • If you do not have a secondary authentication method for Okta Verify (Okta Verify App or physical Yubikey) associated with your account, you will need to contact the IT Help Desk for assistance with resetting your password.
  1. Authenticate with Okta Verify when prompted with either your physical Yubikey, or with your Okta Verify App installed on your mobile device.
