- Verify that the account for the Summer or Fall semester is showing as Undergrad in MyMadison in the Student Center.
- The Graduate term should show in the enroll in class section or in the enrollment shopping cart.
- After confirmation, contact the Registrar's Office at 540-568-6281 x9 for account correction.

- A Graduate student cannot add or enroll in classes under their graduate career in MyMadison.
