How can an Alumni or Former Student get Transcripts

Sixty days after you graduate from the University, you will no longer have access to MyMadison or the ability to receive unofficial transcripts from the Student Center. If you are in need of an Official or Unofficial Transcript, information can be found on the Registrars' website on how to receive your documents through the National Student Clearinghouse.

You can also go directly to the National Clearinghouse's Transcript Ordering Center.

Note: If you are attempting to receive transcripts as a previously enrolled student who did not complete their tenure at the Univerisity (as either a Dual Enrollment Student, a Transfer Student, or otherwise), you can reach out to the Registrar directly for more information.
